• LED INDICATIONS :
- HEALTHY : Blink when Normal mode and Steady ON when TEST Mode.
- DP1 : Damper1/BMS1 ON/OFF Status
- DP2 : Damper2/BMS2 ON/OFF Status
- POWER : Power supply ON/OFF Status
- FIRE : FIRE Status.
INTRSUCTION FOR SETTINGS THE PANEL:
- TEST : If this key pressed then Damper power gets cut It means using this Test Key we can cross check damper open/Closed Operation by cut off the power of damper.
To indicate whether controller works in normal mode or Test mode
HEALTHY LED given,
If HEALTHY LED STEADY ON: TEST MODE
If HEALTHY LED BLINK: NORMAL MODE
- RESET : This key is used to go to Normal mode from test mode And HEALTY LED BLINK means Normal
- LTY LED BLINK means Normal

- Power Supply: It is 230VAC Auxiliary power for Fire damper
- Input power to Damper: Here we can give 230VAC or 24VDC as per Damper specification.
- Damper 1 Supply / Damper 2 Supply:
Type 1: Whatever given to Input power to Damper will acts as damper 1 / damper 2 Supply. This supply gets cut off if Fire Input Signal.
Type 2: It is potential free C, NO contact for power supply of Damper.
- BMS 1 Contact: It is potential free C, NO contact for BMS communication which indicates Damper 1 Open/Close.
- BMS 2 Contact: It is potential free C, NO contact for BMS communication which indicates Damper 2 Open/Close.
- DP1 Feedback: It is feedback signal come from Damper 1 which sense whether damper1 Open/Closed.
- DP2 Feedback: It is feedback signal come from Damper 2 which sense whether damper2 Open/Closed.
- FIRE INPUT: It is input signal which sense FIRE, if fire signal then Power to the Damper1 and Damper 2 gets cutoff by
AUTOMATION PHILOSOPHY:
The Fire Damper Controller sense two (2) damper feedback digital inputs and one Fire input, accordingly Damper LED and BMS1/BMS2 contacts gets ON/OFF. It give Fire alarm indication if Fire sensed and turn OFF Damper power supply.
