2 AC Timer DIP Switch
Connect Power supply to unit. And Output to AC 1 & AC2.
When you switch On power supply, after 3 minute delay Ac1 will start. AC 1 will remain ON for 4 Hrs or 8 Hrs. as per your setting. After completion of time period Ac 1 will become Off and AC 2 Start after delay of 3 minute. Cycle repeats continuously.
If AC 1 is on and suppose power fails then Eprom IC kept record of balance cycle time of AC 1. When Power comes, again AC 1 will on for balance time.

- Provides 2 out puts, to drive 2 Relays. ( ACs ).
- Both out outs are available in CYCLIC way, after a preset time. ( one out put at a time )
- Preset time is selectable by Dip switch – 1. ( 4 Hrs. or 8 Hrs.) Microprocessor calculates the Run Time. If Power fails, controller saves the current status.
- As power up the controller Relay – 1 is switched ON after the “ ON DELAY”of 3 minutes, LED – 1 ( Yellow ) blinks during on delay time. LED – 1 becomes off when Relay – 1 gets start.
- After completing the 4 Hrs. or 8 Hrs. run time (as selected by Dip switch – 1 ) Relay -1 becomes switched off, and Relay – 2 becomes ON with 03Minuit delay, for next cycle. During this delay LED -1 (Yellow ) blinks for 3 Minuits.
- Dip Switch – 2 is used to select Auto or Manual function. In Auto mode, controller works in cyclic way with equal time duration in both channels. But in Manual mode, it provides only one out put permanently (as selected by Dip switch – 2 ). This single out put also behaves in cyclic way with un-equal time duration.
- Dip switch – 3 is used to select Out Put -1 or Out Put -2. (This switch is operational, when Dip switch -3 will be in manual mode.)
- Dip switch – 4 is used to select Timer or Test Function. In Timer mode, change over time is 4 Hrs. and 8 Hrs. (as selected by Dip switch -4 ). But in Test mode, 10 Min. cycle for both AC unit
- Under Voltage Set point is 170 VAC, Incase voltage reduces than 170 VAC then Running AC becomes OFF. The same will be started after 3 Min.delay when voltage reaches to 180VAC. ( Hysteresis Gap is 10 Volt )
- Over Voltage set point is 280 VAC Incase voltage increases above 280 VAC then Running AC becomes OFF. The same will be started after 3 min.delay when voltage reaches to 270VAC. ( Hysteresis Gap is 10 Volt )
