WORKING:

There are two modes of operations

Auto
Manual

In Manual Mode,

In this mode FAN can ON directly with rocker switch, independant of H2 level.

In Automode,

In this mode FAN operation will be desided as per H2 gas level, It means, if H2 level is less than set point then FAN output will work as ON/OFF timer and if H2 gas level is above setpoint then FAN output will continous ON with alarm output as high H2 level.

• LED INDICATIONS :

INTRSUCTION FOR SETTINGS THE PANEL:

SET : This key is used to change the controller from RUN mode to SETTING mode for parameter setting.
INC : Up scroll the parameter & parameter
DEC : Down scroll the parameter & parameter
ENT : This key is used to select/Save & to move to next

NOTE: To Load default parameter Press INC key on power

OPERATION OF THE PANEL:

To enter settings mode press SET key, it shows three menus as follows:

[Password 15]
Exit

To edit parameter select particular menu & enter correct password with the help of INC/DEC keys then pres ENT key, to change value and view next parameter press INC/DEC keys. If no key is pressed for five second then controller automatically goes to initial display.

Procedure to change parameter settings:

Press SET
Select particular Parameter setting or Exit with INCor DEC keythen ENT
Enter Correct Password by INC/DEC key and press ENT
Using INC & DEC key user can change setting
Press INC Key to increment parameter value up to maximum
Press DEC key to decrement parameter value down to minimum
To save the settings (value) press SET key then Exit menu and ENT

Read Multiple Registers (Function Code 0x03) (HOLDING REGISTER)

This function code is used to retrieve H2 gas level and Fan status values

Slave Address : 1 to 255

Address: Starting Address 1, System will send data of all addresses. Data Length: 12, system will send full protocol data.

All Data will be available in unsigned integer. Also set setting in valid range of that parameter

AUTOMATION PHILOSOPHY:

The Aircon’s H2 Controller sense H2 level of room in percentage and accordinglly controls FAN output with ON/OFF timer. Alos it give alarm output if gas level goes above setpoint with continous ON FAN output.
